Knowledge of the complex norm systemn and labour relationships and giving containt to Labour Law and inspirer principles. Adquisition of a juridical analysis methodology of labour market problemas. Sources, basic concepts and history of Labour Law. The labour contract: concept, subjects, content, modes, modification, adjournment and extinction. Special labour relations. Collective relations: sindical freedom, workers representation in enterprise. Collective negotiation. Collectivo work conflicts: Special analysis of strike, boss closure and collectiva work conflict.
