General description | Our aim is provide students the basics of Veterinary Toxicology that are useful in their profession. Specific objectives: Introduction to General Toxicology knowledge: Acute, Chronic and Remote Toxicity, Mutagenesis, Carcinogenic and Teratogenic compounds, Systemic Toxicity and repair mechanisms, mechanism action antidote; Toxic most common in the veterinary field: Toxic Plants, Pesticides, Inorganic Toxics , Toxins in food, Drug Toxicity | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
