To pass the subject, students must achieve a minimum grade of 5 out of 10 in the overall assessment. Students must achieve a minimum grade of 5 out of 10 in the written exam. Students who do not reach the minimum grade of 5 in the written exam must retake it in the second regular session. Students must obtain a minimum grade of 5 out of 10 in continuous assessment: tests and submissions of assignments, tasks, and attendance. Those who do not achieve 5 out of 10 in continuous assessment must compensate for this difference with a higher grade in the ordinary and/or extraordinary mixed exam so that the final grade averages out to 5 out of 10. The second regular session will consist of a written exam, taking into account the grade from continuous assessment. This exam will be held on the date established by the school calendar and the Center. The December exam will consist of a comprehensive assessment of the theoretical-practical content (lessons, exercises, tasks, article comments, and assignments), taught and performed in the course that the student must pass with a minimum grade of 5 points out of 10. The assessment and grading systems may be subject to exceptional circumstances that will be assessed by the professor. During the development of the mixed exam or objective test exams, the possession of electronic devices not expressly required, as well as notes, books, folders, or unauthorized materials, will result in immediate removal of the student from the exam, expulsion from the test, and a failing grade, with the incident reported to the Academic Authority of the Center for further action in accordance with current regulations. |
