The training activities contemplated in this course are, fundamentally, of a practical and applied nature, and will be developed, for the most part, in companies, institutions and public and private entities of national and international scope, including the university itself (managing entities), which have signed a Framework Agreement of Educational Cooperation with the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the University of León. The Credit Recognition Committee, after a favorable report from the Internship Committee of the Faculty, may establish the conditions and procedures to be followed for the recognition of the training activities contemplated in these subjects.
As established in the regulations for external internships, students will have an External Tutor in the collaborating entity, as well as an Academic Tutor in the Faculty, who will be part of the teaching staff of the departments with teaching in the Syllabus.
The 18 ECTS of the subject Internships are divided into three subjects of 6 ECTS each: Internship I, II and III.

The 6 ECTS division of each subject:
- 0.4 (10 hours) are destined to the development of the competence of expression, both oral and written, will be materialized mainly through these activities:
a) Preparation of a Curriculum Vitae and cover letter (0.1);
b) Preparation of the Final Report of activities according to the model approved by the Faculty Board of May 5, 2015. (0.3)
- 5.6 (140 hours) are destined to the training activities to be developed by the students in the collaborating entity, of that total 4.8 credits (120 hours) correspond to face-to-face activities in the entity, corresponding the remaining 0.8 credits (20 hours) to autonomous work of the student for the preparation of the internship, for the attendance to coordination meetings (called by the Academic Tutor), for the attendance to meetings with the Company Tutor and for the preparation of the daily tasks to be developed in the work environment.
The specific training activities to be developed in the entity, as well as their evaluation method, which are specific for each student and entity, will be included in the Annex of each student.
