-Originality: The work will ONLY be qualified if it is unpublished and original. In case of plagiarism, the grade will be 0 points.

All members of the same group will obtain the same grade.

Other comments and second call

Requirements to pass the subject:

1) students must have a grade in the two written tests (first and second partial), otherwise, they will appear in the Minutes of the 1st Call as Not Presented; 2) students must achieve at least an average grade of 5 out of 10 in the written tests (otherwise, the score in the "Others" section will not be added); and 3) assuming that all evaluable aspects will be scored out of a maximum of 10 points, after applying the corresponding weightings, the resulting final grade must be equal to or greater than 5. Unsuitable attitudes or behaviors in the classroom may be penalized. reducing said rating.

Students who DO NOT participate in Case Resolution, Group Work and/or Active Participation activities in Class will have a score of 0 points for the purposes of calculating the final grade for the subject.

Those students who in the 1st call have not achieved a minimum average grade of 5 points in the written tests or who, having achieved this, do not reach a final grade of 5, may take the 2nd ordinary call.

2nd Ordinary Call:

A written test on all the theoretical-practical contents of the program, which will account for 70% of the final grade and will be taken on the date officially established by the Center. A minimum grade of 4.5 out of 10 will be required in said test to be able to pass the subject, so that to determine the final grade for the 2nd call, the grades that the student would have obtained in the 1st call in the rest of the activities will be retained. : Resolution of Cases and Others (in the latter case, the grades will only be added when a minimum grade of 4.5 has been reached in the test). As in the 1st call, the final grade obtained in the 2nd call must be equal to or greater than 5 to pass the subject.

December Call:

In the December call, a written test will be taken on all the theoretical-practical contents of the program, and a minimum grade of 5 out of 10 must be achieved to pass the subject (the theory will represent 60% of the final grade and the practical 40%.

 

Other comments

During the development of any evaluation test, it will not be allowed to handle any material related to the subject - notes, books, folders, etc. -, with the exception of foreign language students, who may have a dictionary. Furthermore, the possession and use of any mobile and/or electronic device is strictly prohibited. The simple possession of any unauthorized material or said devices during the completion of the evaluation tests will mean the immediate withdrawal of the exam, the expulsion of the student and a grade as Fail, the incident being duly communicated to the Academic Authority of the Center so that they can carry out the exam. the actions provided for in the Guidelines for Action in Cases of Plagiarism, Copying or Fraud in Exams or Evaluation Tests, approved by the Permanent Commission of the Government Council on January 29, 2015.

If fraud, copying or plagiarism is detected during any evaluation test, the teacher will ask the student to hand over the exam and the corresponding materials, proceeding to remove them and place them in view of all attendees at the table.
