| General description |
Students will understand the strategic requirements and operational imperatives of managing human resources in an increasingly global working environment and their integrative role in the context of a holistic business environment. Specifically, they will focus on issues such as the evolution and trends of the contemporary working environment, employer attractiveness and branding, diversity management and other strategic and operational requirements of managing human resources. |
