Methodologies |
Description | |
Directed activities: The more theoretical contents of the subject will be covered in participatory-expository classes, in which the professor will present the topics and encourage active participation in the classroom. Students will have access to the materials presented by the professor in class, as well as outlines and readings to deepen their understanding of the topics. Classroom debate will be encouraged, and efforts will be made to involve external guest speakers.
Autonomous Activities: The teaching methodology for the more practical contents will be based on case studies and practical assignments. The professor will propose and explain each assignment and guide the students, who will need to combine individual and group learning techniques to prepare the corresponding written reports.
Supervised Activities: The professor will monitor and supervise the students' work, addressing questions and suggesting improvements.
Presentations / expositions | Presentations/Expositions: Works designated for this purpose will be presented in the classroom for joint analysis and debate. |

It will be necessary to meet a minimum threshold in all previously established criteria to pass the course in the regular session. All evaluation and grading systems may be subject to exceptional circumstances. Inappropriate attitudes or behaviors in the classroom may be penalized, affecting the course grade. The possession and use of mobile and/or electronic devices during assessments are strictly prohibited. Merely having such devices, as well as unauthorized notes, books, folders, or other materials during evaluations, will result in immediate removal from the exam, expulsion, and a failing grade. The incident will be reported to the Academic Authority of the Centre for appropriate action as outlined in the "Guidelines for Action in Cases of Plagiarism, Copying, or Fraud in Exams or Evaluations," approved by the Permanent Committee of the Governing Council on January 29, 2015. The professor reserves the right to use the Turnitin tool to review students' work. Students who do not pass the course in the regular session must take a written test on the course contents. Additionally, they must contact the professor to complete, if necessary, the practical assignments completed during the course. The same evaluation criteria as in the regular session will be maintained. |
