"Contents: Foundations and applications of rapid and automated techniques in food microbiological analysis: microbial identification, microbial quantification, detection and quantification of metabolites of microbial origin. Computerisation of food microbiological control.
Objectives: (1) To know the main methodologies of food microbiological analysis by means of rapid and automated procedures. (2) To develop and to practice the skills that are necessary to use the above cited methodologies. (3) To develop and to practice the skills that are necessary to use computerised systems to control the microbiological quality of foodstuffs." " |
