Other comments and second call
The evaluation committees will be appointed, upon proposal from the Final Degree Project Commission, by the Faculty Board from among the Full-time Teaching Doctors in the Degree programme. Participation in the evaluation committees will be mandatory for all professors who meet the requirements of the previous section. The evaluation committees will consist of three titular members, with their respective alternates. The presidency will be held by the professor with the highest teaching category and seniority, with the professor with the lowest teaching category and seniority acting as secretary. No more than two professors from one department or the project supervisor(s) can be part of the same evaluation committee. The selection will be made so that each evaluation committee includes one professor from the Basic Sciences module, one from Clinical Sciences and Animal Health, and one from Animal Production or Hygiene, Technology, and Food Safety. The term of the evaluation committee will be one academic year, ensuring in subsequent years that all teachers have had the opportunity to participate in the selection and proposal processes. As many evaluation committees will be established as necessary to cover the works to be evaluated, ideally with a maximum of ten works per evaluation committee.

In the relevant call, the student will submit a request for defense and evaluation of the project through the ULE's computer application available for this procedure (tfg.unileon.es), submitting a copy in PDF format. Similarly, the supervisor(s) will endorse it through said application by publishing the report on the quality and merits of the work (Standardized Document No. 5).

The allocation of works to the evaluation committees will be made by lottery. As far as possible, a timetable for the actions of the evaluation committees will be established that does not hinder the simultaneity of the tutor's condition and membership of the committees.

In the responsibility of the Final Degree Project tutor (Art. 9 of the Regulations for the development of the Final Degree Projects of the official title of Graduate in Veterinary Medicine, from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of León) issuing a report stating the degree of student involvement in the development of the work and whether it has reached sufficient quality, therefore, they must review the document submitted to detect situations of plagiarism, copying, or fraud. Likewise, the Final Degree Project evaluation committee, if deemed necessary, will proceed in the same manner. The detection of these practices will result in a grade of 0.0 in the test where they are detected.
