General description The subject of Chemistry I tries to teach students about of the basic physicochemical concepts that are essential for an understanding of Atomic and molecular structure; The chemical bond; Gases, liquids and solids; Solutions; Chemical thermodynamics and Chemical kinetics. This subject gives the student the basic know-how to study the physicochemical processes and to understand and learn other related subjects of the Degree in Food Science and Technology
