The contents of this subject are conducive to enhance those compentences related with project management and organisation. Project organisation, methodology and management are studied from different perspectives. The different management functions are described from the project initiation up to its closure.

In order to pass the subject, it is required:

  1. To satisfactory pass the practice reports, which requires a grade higher than 50% in this aspect.
  2. To satisfactory pass the final test, which requires a grade higher than 50% in this aspect.
The theoretical aspects have a weight of 70% in the global grade while the practical aspects are weighted 30%.
