| General description |
The first part is devoted to the description of concepts and basic techniques in genetic engineering, and to study the expression and regulation of cloned genes, the gene transference to eukaryots and the cloning techniques. Then, some applied examples related to environmental monitoring and decontamination, as well as agrobiotechnology are expossed. Finally, aspects about biosecurity are described. " |
