Descripción general La asignatura pretende dar al alumno un conocimiento básico de la biología de las células animales y vegetales en cultivo y de sus aplicaciones biotecnológicas y de interés sanitario. Pretende además familiarizar al alumno de una manera práctica con las técnicas básicas de cultivo celular, así como algunas aplicaciones de los mismos.

  descripción
Prácticas en laboratorios A lo largo de la asignatura los alumnos realizaran actividades experimentales (prácticas) en los laboratorios correspondientes bajo la supervisión de los profesores responsables. Estos les aportarán la documentación bibliográfica, guiones, etc. que se requiera en cada caso. Todo este material estará a disposición de los alumnos en la plataforma institucional. Los alumnos deberán responsabilizase de sus experimentos, desde la preparación de medios y soluciones, la realización de los mismos, la toma de datos y la discusión de los resultados, siempre bajo la supervisión del profesor. Los alumnos deberán presentar un informe final de cada bloque, escrito a modo de trabajo científico, que será utilizado por los profesores para evaluar su trabajo.
Tutoría de Grupo Las tutorías serán de carácter personal o grupal a concretar entre el profesor y los alumnos.
