"Student formation in general concepts of procedural law, and study of the fundamentals of the subject (General theory of the procedure) as well as the Spanish juridical procedural ordination and its institutions, basically developed in the frame of private law (civil procedural law).
Introduction to procedural law: Concept and sources. Jurisdictional activity and specifications. The judicial power. Juries and tribunals. Action theory. Right of a jurisdictional aegis. The procedure and rector principles. Civil procedural law: general concepts. Subjects and object of the civil procedure. Declaration phase. Disaffirmance means. Execution and stealth measures." " |
