General description "Be aware of the existance of private international situations and their ruling. The subject mainly try to determine when do external traffic case studies fall under the jurisdiction of a Spanish court, requirements for foreign decitions in order to be effective within the Spanish territory. I General part: estimates, objective and content of International private law; juridical production procedures of international, national or institutional origin. Encoder processes. The international judicial competence: Concept, characteristics and limits. Ruling dimension of applicable law: ruling norms and application norms. International juridical cooperation techniques. II International Civil Law: Physical person, initiation and extinction, capacity. Obligations and Royal rights, contractual obligations, extra-contractual obligations. Family and inheritance: marriage, filiation, parental-filial relationship, alimony, inheritance for death reasons." "
