General description The aforesaid subject matter should be considered an introduction to Public Law as a whole and not only to Constitutional Law-as it includes the groundlines of Constitutional History, State theory and Constitutional Theory. These are all matters that must be read by beginners at law schools, in order to get a proper understanding of public state law
