General description | Constitutional Law II es a basic subject: is taught in the second semester of the first year of the Degree in Law, with a workload of 6 ECTS credits distributed in 3 theoretical credits and 3 practical credits. Its content focuses on the analysis of the basic regulative principles of the spanish constitutional system, Law sources of the spanish juridical system, as well as the rights, duties and freedoms laid down in the Sapanish Constitution of 1978 and its system of guarantees. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
