General description This course, in addition to providing the student with the main concepts in the law of obligations, aims to provide students with fundamental legal tools to apply to actual practice such basic concepts about the relationship mandatory (payment of obligations, breach and responsibility of the debtor, the obligation guarantees, etc..) and analyze the general theory of contract as the main source of obligations (contract formation, its essential elements and classes of contracts, the effects of the contract, etc..)
