General description This subject developes an study about the organic part of the Spanish Constitution. It´s divided in three parts: the first one is linked to the teritorial organization of the Spanish State, according the model of Autonomous communities. The second one is devoted to the powers of the monarchy, legislative power and the government. Finally, we pay a deep attention to the judicial power and, specially, Constitutional Court.
