General description This course is an introduction to the fundamentals of Mortgage and Registry Law. The course provides students with the analytical and conceptual tools which are of essence in actual legal practice. Particular attention is paid to mortgage collateral (both estate and movable) and to the Spanish Property Registry (including entries, procedure and the specific legal value of registration for property owners and third parties).
