Los profesores encargados de la asignatura facilitarán a los alumnos las referencias bibliográficas así como los materiales para que los alumnos puedan realizar un seguimiento adecuado de la materia, sin perjuicio de que puedan utilizar textos normativos, manuales y monografías recomendadas o resoluciones jurisprudenciales. En cualquier caso, y dado el carácter evolutivo y cambiante de la disciplina debe ponerse especial atención y cuidado en el hecho de que el manejo de las obras se haga sobre las últimas ediciones con el fin de estudiar textos actualizados.
