All students are required to pass an end-of-year examination similar in level and format to the Cambridge First Certificate Examination. The final exam will count as 100% of the final mark and will consist of a written exam and an oral exam. The written exam (80%) will consist of the following papers: Use of English (20%), Reading Comprehension (20%), Writing (20%), Listening Comprehension (20%). The oral exam (20%) will consist of an oral interview. Only those students who pass the written part (minimum required: 50%) will be admitted to the oral interview. To pass the exam students are required to attain a 50% pass mark in each exam paper.
