General description | The subject is structured in 8 themes in order to reach theoretical and practical skills on legal issues affecting public documents and institutions that keep safe the rights and obligations of citizens and administrations in access and in the custody. It provides knowledge about the defense of intellectual property and the protection of personal data in an analog administrative environment and increasingly electronic. Finally, we will highlight the best practices of professional records. These topics provide the theoretical basis needed and related to the organization, management and evaluation of information centres.
