General description

This course will teach the student how to analyze and improve business processes, be it in services or in manufacturing. Students will learn how to improve productivity, how to provide more choice to customers, how to reduce response times, and how to improve quality.

	Description	Qualification
Case study		Supondrá el 15% de la calificación (siempre que se tenga una participación superior al 80%). Esta nota se tendrá en cuenta una vez aprobados los exámenes.
		Supondrá el 25% de la calificación. Esta nota se tendrá en cuenta una vez aprobados los exámenes.
Practical tests		Supondrá el 30% de la calificación.
Extended-answer tests		Su valoración conjunta en la nota final de la asignatura será de un 30%.
