General description | The course on European Union Law studies the most important aspects of the European legal order and institutional framework. First, a historial review is presented, starting from the Schumann declaration and analysing the contitutive treaties and their reforms. Second, institutions are studied. Moreover, hte different kinds of European norms are presented. Also, the European Court of Justice is presented. The final part of the course is dedicated to some of the most important European policies, such as the common agricultural policy, the common trade policy or the common foreign security policy. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

En ningún caso tendrá carácter eliminatorio o de reducción de la nota final. • Los 15 estudiantes que hayan participado más activamente a lo largo de las exposiciones incrementarán 1 punto en la nota final de la asignatura. |

Oral tests | Las respuestas serán analizadas por el Profesor y calificadas de 0 a 10 atendiendo a criterios mínimos y complementarios. La calificación final de la prueba será el promedio de la nota de las tres cuestiones. |
