General description In a changing and highly competitive world, the individuals skills to lead, innovate, negotiate, manage time, conduct meetings and teamwork are what make the difference between successful professionals and the rest. It is increasingly important, not only the level of knowledge acquired during the studies, but also possess a number of traits, skills and attitudes that workers have to develop on the job. The aim objetive of the course Management Skills is to provide students the skills and knowledge of basic skills to improve interaction with others, be your own staff, customers, suppliers, stakeholders, learn strategies and techniques of negotiation and public speaking, leadership and motivation, etc.
