  Description
Assignments Assignments are tasks, comments, etc., carried out by the student, the results of which are presented or exhibited either publicly, if sufficient time is available, or to the lecturer.
Case study Practical classes serve to consolidate and apply the knowledge obtained in the theoretical sessions, by placing the student in the reality of business and by inviting him/her to undertake the task of legal interpretation, through which the student is trained in the task of solving real-life legal-commercial issues, ultimately acquiring the necessary skills for the practical application of the Law. These practical sessions, which are planned in relation to some specific subjects of the syllabus, will mainly consist on studying and solving cases proposed by the lecturer, although the choice of this or any other modality that may be adopted is at the lecturer's free and wise decision.
Personal tuition Tutorials are of great relevance for students in terms of pedagogical criteria and subject content, and are particularly useful for resolving doubts and providing guidance on the most appropriate study techniques to prepare for the subject. In principle, 14 face-to-face hours are foreseen for this activity. Two types of tutorials are envisaged: in groups, with a number of students to be determined by the lecturer, taking into account the timetable of the subject; and individually, upon request to the lecturer and on the date agreed with him/her.
Lecture The theoretical teaching will be developed mainly through theoretical classes or lectures on the essential contents of the syllabus of the subject. The development of these classes will be carried out with a practical approach, helping students to understand the functioning of commercial institutions in commercial transactions.
