Assignments | Assignments are works, comments, etc., made by the Student, whose results are publicly presented if sufficient time is available, or presented to the Professor otherwise. |
Case study | Practical Sessions serve to strengthen and to apply the knowledge obtained in theoretical sessions. They are useful to place Students in the Business reality and to invite him or her to get involved in legal interpretation. Students are therefore trained in the work of solving Legal-Problems- Real-life, acquiring-necessary skills for the practical application of law. These practical sessions, raised in relation to some specific topics of the Program, will mainly consist of the study and resolution of cases proposed by the Professor, although the choice of this or another modality that may be adopted is left to the free and prudent discretion of the Professor. |
Personal tuition | Tutorials fulfill with respect to the students a guiding function of great importance, regarding pedagogical criteria and content of the subjects. They serve especially to solve doubts and to acquire orientations on the most appropriate study techniques to prepare the subject. For this activity, in principle, 14 classroom hours are expected. Two types of tutoring activities are foreseen: in groups, with a number of students to be determined by the teacher, taking into account the schedules of the subject; And individually, upon request to the Professor and on the date agreed with him. |
Lecture | Theoretical teaching will be developed mainly through the theoretical classes or lectures on the essential contents of the syllabus of the subject. The development of these classes was done with a practical approach, facilitating the understanding of the functioning of mercantile institutions in the commercial traffic. |

Written tests represent 70% of the final grade. Regarding the remaining 30%, which is only dedicated to the account for students who obtained a minimum of 3.5 points in the tests, it is awarded to other activities proposed by the Professors of the Commercial Law Department, such as Theoretical classes, Practical Sessions and the realization of works. For the approval of the subject it is essential to obtain a minimum final grade, calculated according to the above criteria, equal or higher than 5 points. In the second call, where applicable, as well as in the extraordinary call for December, the results of the objective test (multiple choice or equivalent) represents 100% of the final grade. In such calls the student will be assessed of all the contents of this subject matter as included in the program. RULES FOR ALL TEST (multiple choice type), in ALL CALLS. Each erroneous answer will subtract a value equivalent to half the value santions and assigned to each correct answer. During the development of the tests Students can not handle any material other than the usual desktop hand writting material (pen and pen). It is strictly forbidden to hold and use mobile and / or electronic devices during the conduct of the tests. The mere possession of devices such as notes, books, folders or miscellaneous materials is not authorized during the evaluation tests, and will entail the immediate withdrawal from the exam, expulsion from the exam and its assessment as "failled" (suspenso), as well as , communicating such event to the Academic Authority of the Faculty/University to implement the actions provided for in the Guidelines for Action on Plagiarism, Copy or Fraud in Examinations or Evaluation Tests, approved by the Standing Committee of the Governing Council (Consejo de Gobierno) of the University of January 29, 2015. |
