LEARNING AIMS 1.- Developping the Study of International Business Law in accordance with the proposed objectives in order to interprer specific legal instruments and to solve legal conflicts related to the subject matters of the course 2.- Apply the legal instruments as referred to, when analysing practical cases related to the subject matter of the course 3.- Being able to identify business obligations and contracts, as well as the main problems arising thereof 4.- Using International Business Law to resolve legal problems, applying the correct legal tecnhique to use and interpret the contents of legal databases on the subject matters of the course 5.- Identify and solve cases which involve the application and interpretation of diferse regulations to protect parties to an International Business Contract, and /or subjects that are bound (having both duties and rights) as a consequence on International Business Contracts. | A6354 A6360 A6399 A6414 A6465 A6543 A6593 |

Assignments | Assignments are works, comments, multiple choice tests, etc., made by the Student, whose results are publicly presented if sufficient time is available, or presented to the Professor otherwise. |
Case study | Practical Sessions serve to strengthen and to apply the knowledge obtained in theoretical sessions. They are useful to place Students in the Business reality and to invite him or her to get involved in legal interpretation. Students are therefore trained in the work of solving Legal-Problems- Real-life, acquiring-necessary skills for the practical application of law. These practical sessions, raised in relation to some specific topics of the Program, will mainly consist of the study and resolution of cases proposed by the Professor, although the choice of this or another modality that may be adopted is left to the free and prudent discretion of the Professor. |
Personal tuition | Tutorials fulfill with respect to the students a guiding function of great importance, regarding pedagogical criteria and content of the subjects. They serve especially to solve doubts and to acquire orientations on the most appropriate study techniques to prepare the subject. For this activity, in principle, 14 classroom hours are expected. Two types of tutoring activities are foreseen: in groups, with a number of students to be determined by the teacher, taking into account the schedules of the subject; And individually, upon request to the Professor and on the date agreed with him. |
Lecture | Theoretical teaching will be developed mainly through the theoretical classes or lectures on the essential contents of the syllabus of the subject. The development of these classes was done with a practical approach, facilitating the understanding of the functioning of mercantile institutions in the commercial traffic. |
