General description This course focuses on firms’ internationalisation process and intends to provide students with a conceptual framework on 1) firm strategy, 2) the different steps of the strategic management process; and 3) the different types of corporate and competitive strategies.

  Description Qualification
Case study Attendance and solution to questions proposed by the professor will be assessed. Tendrá una valoración del 20% de la nota final de la asignatura.
Mixed tests Two tests with theoretical and practical questions. Up to 60% of the final mark (an average mark of 4 out of 10 will be compulsory to pass the course)
La valoración de la realización y exposición de trabajos supondrá el 20% de la nota final de la asignatura, correspondiendo un 10% a la puntuación del trabajo escrito realizado a lo largo del semestre (misma puntuación para todos los miembros del equipo) y otro 10% a la exposición realizada individual y obligatoriamente por cada estudiante.
Others Preparation and presentation of two reports (a country-level analysis and a firm-level analysis), working in groups. Up to 20% of the final mark.
