General description Human resources are a key part of business competitiveness in todays knowledge age. In the current economic scenario, the companys competitive advantage lies increasingly in the collective talent of its people, rather than their physical assets or financial resources, given the recognition given to them to be strategic assets. It is therefore essential to know the keys to good management of staff to direct the behavior of members of an organization towards achieving business goals. Taking into account that this human resource practices must be aligned with the contextual factors in which the company operates and, moreover, must be internally consistent.
