General description "DEGREE IN WORK SCIENCE After defining its Strategic Objectives, the Enterprise defines the rest of the objectives: the Company or unit of business objectives, the functional units objectives and the individual objectives. Human Resources are one of the most important functional units of the companies. It collaborates actively on the implantation of the Enterprise strategy, and the objectives seeked by the Human Resources Department must be aligned with the Strategic Objectives. In order to obtain those objectives, the Department of Human Resources must plan and put into practice a series of action plans so-called RRHH architecture. This architecture is based on the function description, a system of working and the evaluation of results. The Audit of RRHH evaluates and measures the performance of the Department of RRHH and its members, in order to contribute to the success of the enterprise strategy. This subject will study the concepts and procedures to obtain them. " "
