General description	This course provides an introduction to the sociology of work, we apply sociological perspective to the understanding of work and entrepreneurship. We will identify the main inequalities at work and employment in today´s society.Topics will include: major theorist´s contributions to the study of work, contemporary issues in 21st. century such as: flexibility. Entrepreneurship as a social institution and as a organization.
