General description In the current economic period, competitive advantage of firms lie, more and more, in the abilities of employees more than in their physical assets or financial resources, because the provide strategic value to the firm. Then, it is a core factor to know the different keys to obtain an excellent human resources management so as to lead the behavior of employees to the achievement of firms´ goals. To achieve this all it is required to have basic knowledge about motivation, communication and leadership in the firm and, in turn, other matters of special relevance in the current globalized environment as innovation and knowledge, which are sources to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage.
