General description The aim of the Work Psychology is to provide at work organizations of the psychological resources, techniques and knowledge to be more efficient and competitive, and to improve quality of life to the personnel. The mains topics are: Evaluation for selection and management; intrinsic and extrinsic motivation; leadership; job aptitudes, intelligence and personality; stress and coping.
