General description | The course is primarily aimed at students whose career is increasingly oriented to work in private companies. Currently a large percentage of economic activity takes place within family businesses, which also are the most jobs. Graduates of any degree need to know in depth this important element of economic activity. Likewise, those who work or work in family businesses, which the lead, those who possess or will possess, they can get in this course gain an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of these businesses. And discover how to control and reinforce each other to increase the success and ensure the continuity of the organization. The major issues of succession, changes in generation, entry and payment of family, the role of professionals or the making of a Family Protocol to order and regulate the whole, needs to be treated in a course on family businesses. Students can learn and absorb a set of robust and innovative concepts from which a clearer understanding of strategic issues, organizational and human inescapably present in any company. The key points of good leadership, the keys to diagnosis and guidelines for action are included in this program aims to contribute to better training of future entrepreneurs. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
