General description The overall objective of this course is to convey to the student a series of knowledge (theoretical and practical) on the audit of basic human and social resources. This audit is operational, ie, try to see if the procedures with respect to human resources of a company, are adequate and functioning properly. Therefore, its purpose is to check the fit between objectives and procedures, and that these are carried out with the least possible cost.
