General description This course applies fluid mechanics to calculating ventilation and fluid installations. In this way the ventilation systems are studied, we learn to size a system through ducts choosing appropriately the filters, the ducts, the grilles and diffusers as well as the ventilation box. The student is taught to calculate any hydraulic system, based on the choice of the pipe, the accessories and the pump, direct systems, inverted return, etc. The pressure losses of the circuit are calculated. Cold and hot water supply systems are studied and dimensioned. As well as sewage and stormwater evacuation systems. The operation of systems based on thermal solar energy is learned: components, dimensions and regulations.
