General description	The course introduces the student to study the engineering projects. The project is studied in general terms and then each of the engineering projects is analyzed: electricity, ventilation, heating, refrigeration, HVAC, fire protection, acoustic study, energy saving and efficiency of the building's facilities. Finally, the control of the facilities automation to remote control is analyzed. The student is introduced to BIM technology, with a REVIT type tool or similar.
