"Fluid mechanics. Hydraulic machines and circuits and pneumatic machines and circuits. Introduction to automated control.
Pneumatic components:
Generation systems and maintenance valves. Pneumatic and electrical symbols used. Types of circuit diagrams. Equivalence between relays and valves.
Functioning of components and circuits:
Control components. Actuator components. Logic components. Types of controls.
Pneumatic circuits I:
Circuits with timeswitches, pressure valves, bistable mechanisms. Circuits with more than one cylinder. Control and sequencing diagrams. Electropneumatic circuits.
Characteristics of hydraulic circuits:
