General description	"Subject of terminal character that has to be constituted in a balanced set of knowledge that they contribute to the suitable formation of the Mining Engineer. There is programmed the formation of Mining engineers of Second Cycle with implications in the ambience of the Electrical Engineering in which the Regulation of Electrical Machines constitutes elements technologically that completes the technological formation of the Student trying to be constituting in one integration element where aspects as the protection and regulation and control of the electrotechnic device is tackled of the perspective of his integration in complex processes of industrial interest. The Regulation of Electrical Machines constitutes an important piece narrowly linked with the use and use of the Electrical Energy in the different fields of performance of the Electrical Engineering in general and in the ambience of the Engineering of Mines in particular."
