General description	Silviculture of mediterranean ecosystems is a build up of the Silviculture subject in three main aspects: the sustainable management of mediterranean ecosystems, the analysis of the newest management models and their relevance in the mediterranean silviculture, as well as the influence of the main forest certification systems in the spanish forest management. The focus of this subject will be mainly practical oriented and will stress the student own work through different seminars and field work. "
