General description The course focuses on the main valuation techniques which could be applied to the agro-food sector, as valuation of farms, firms, and specific valuation methods, as the one used by the agricultural insurance system. As well, as a complement, this course makes a brief introduction to tha main concepts of agro-food marketing.
