General description In the first part of this course, students learn about the soil-water-plant relationship as a basis for risk programming, considering the effects on the environment. In the second part, different irrigation systems and the main methods used in each are examined, as well as their advantages and disadvantages and the parameters for selection, design and calculation. Finally, students are taught about the operation and management of modern irrigation systems, the new technologies used and storage infrastructures.
