Those students unable to attend at least 80% of the in-class lessons must contact the lecturers and provide justification and corresponding documentation. There are two requirements to pass the course: - the students will have to reach a minimum of 50% in their final average mark. - it is necessary to pass each exam and activity. If the average mark is over 5 but one or several marks are below 5, the final mark will be the average mark of those below 5. A high degree of communicative competence in English will be required (at least C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference). Important mistakes in the written expression (problems of organization, accuracy, cohesion and spelling, grammatical and lexical mistakes) can take away as much as 60% of the final mark. |
