General description This subject approaches the contemporary pedagogical thinking through the study of the most significative trends, and those with the deepest influence in the present educational field. Likewise, the historical development of the educational system in Spain is studied, since its origins until the latest educational reforms, as well as the European and International dimension of the education through its educational institutions.
