General description The purpose of this subject is to give students of Nursing the knowledge to value the nutritional needs of healthy and unhealthy people throughout the life cycle, and to promote and strengthen guidelines for a healthy diet. Indentify nutrients and in which food they are found. Identify nutritional problems which prevail most and select suitable dietetic recommendations.
