General description This course will provide students with the knowledge and skills appropriate to 1) understand and apply the epidemiological method as base of knowledge in health sciences, 2) identify factors that influence health or disease status of individuals, families and community, 3) know and understand the organizational, legal and ethical framework which shall work, 4) incorporate scientific research and evidence-based practice in the field of community physiotherapy, 5) intervene in the areas of promotion, prevention and health education, 6) perform work planning and clinical management.
