General description

This subject focused on different physiological tests and their basis for measuring human performance. Determination of maximal oxygen consumption. Ventilatory thresholds. Blood lactate transition thresholds. Economy and efficiency. Estimation of peak power and anaerobic capacity. Antropometry and body composition measurement.
