General description Fundamentals of recreational physical activity. Sports animation. Resources and applications. It tries to transmit the basic inherent concepts: leisure, recreation, animation, as well as the methodology of the leisure, or strategies of animation. And to provide with practical resources, physical-sports activities, for the occupation of the free time.
